No experience required. We provide full paid training to all new team members covering communication, customer interaction, and professionalism. We believe in developing talent from the ground up — what matters most is your attitude and your drive to grow.
We hire for Customer Experience Representative roles — full-time, entry-level positions working inside partnered retail locations. These are active, in-person roles where you'll be engaging customers and representing our partner brands on the floor every day.
Yes. All new team members receive paid training from day one. You'll be compensated during our full onboarding and training program — you're part of the team from the moment you start, and we invest in your development accordingly.
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, typically during retail business hours. Specific scheduling will be discussed during the interview process. We aim to provide schedules that work for our team members while meeting the needs of our retail partners.
We operate in Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, and surrounding Michigan areas. Specific locations are discussed during the hiring process. All positions are in-person, inside partnered retail environments across Southwest Michigan.

We provide in-person customer support within retail environments — answering questions, providing product information, and ensuring a positive in-store experience. Our team is trained to engage customers confidently, professionally, and helpfully at every interaction.
All of our work is done in-person, directly inside our partner retail locations. We believe face-to-face support creates the best customer experience. Our presence on the floor allows us to connect with customers in real time and deliver the kind of service that builds genuine loyalty.
